Our digital list is created with the current and previous suppliers we have used and how we have got the crocs at a discounted price.

NOTE: This is a set list and will not include any updates. This is best for newcomers or individuals just looking for personal gifts or use of this list to have a variety of crocs/clogs in their collection

2. Newsletter Subscription

This works by joining our exclusive club that provides updates via email, private story, or patreon/telegram. It works by us sending links for when there are sales on crocs on major retailers, access to our discount on crocs official website*, clogs & dupe vendors that we may come across and more!

With our newsletter subscription you also receive the initial Digital List ontop of your access to the private member updates. This is helpful for other crocs businesses, especially those who create customisations as you can get more crocs to be creative with.

3. Excel/Numbers Spreadsheet

This is a record and review of quality, and efficiency of the vendors/suppliers. On this spreadsheet you will see all vendors, and crocs official retailers with active sales dates, discount codes, quality review, shipping and processing time information and more.

This is especially for business owners who sell croc charms, or customised crocs as you will be able to see when there may be upcoming sales/active sales along with important information such and how long these items take to deliver, the couriers, and packaging type (some arrive in boxes and some arrive in bags etc).

PURCHASE INFORMATION

PROCESSING TIME

All Standard order have a 1-5 Working days ( Monday-Friday) processing time before dispatch. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing from Monday.

Custom orders which include crocs have a 3-14 Working day processing time (up to 3 weeks). This may sometimes be sooner, but will generally be in this processing window.

If you’d like rush processing, please contact us and we can let you know if this is possible as not all orders will be eligible for this. Rush processing fees vary based on the availability, product and service required to rush your order. Please note this is seperate from shipping fees. So you will be required to pay for rush processing & express shipping to get your order expedited.

SHIPPING

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Shipping is calculated by weight and size of the parcel. All shipping costs are paid by the customer. Shipping prices are subject to change to remain in line with updates made in pricing by couriers.

Orders including multiple crocs will be sent separately as shoes have individual boxes. The price of shipping only changes on our store if you are purchasing crocs, as we have to charge shipping per parcel. All other items on our store will be combined into one parcel as they are smaller items.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Allow us to provide you with some important information regarding our policies to ensure a seamless experience.

Please note that once a purchase has been made, cancellations are not permitted after a four-hour window. We cannot stock all colours and sizes so we have to order on demand. Stock is purchased after 4 hours for crocs in your size to reduce delays, and therefore the order can no longer be cancelled.

If you require a different size, we are pleased to inform you that exchanges can be conducted in person at our location in London, provided we have the desired size in stock. If visiting our collection point is not feasible for you, please be advised that exchanges are exclusively available in person, and will not be able to change sizes.

We are happy to give you sizing advice prior to purchasing to reduce the likelihood of exchanges being necessary.
