CHRISTMAS SHIPPING & CUT OFF DATES

For all orders required by Christmas 2023, you must place your order by:

December 18th - Standard Delivery

December 21st - Next Day Delivery

Any orders placed after these dates do not have a delivery guaranteed by Christmas. These are the details provided to us by couriers, however, we advise purchasing any Christmas gifts as early as possible, as influxes in parcels will be expected during this time.

We cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive before Christmas if purchased late. 

PROCESSING TIMES

Christmas processing times are currently 1-5 Working days.This processing time will go in effect from November 24th 2023 - January 3rd 2024.

Standard processing times are currently 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday).

ANY ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY WILL NOT BEGIN PROCESSING UNTIL MONDAY. 

You may receive an email saying your order has been dispatched, but this only means your label has been created, which automatically sends shipping details to the customer.

DELIVERY TIMES 

Standard delivery: 3-5 days

Courier will be Evri or Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Next Day Delivery: 1-2 working days depending on the time purchased. For next day deliveries it is required that you purchase before 11am.

Courier will be Evri, Royal Mail, or DPD.

 

COURIERS

We use Evri, DPD, and Royal Mail. The courier chosen will be selected based on weight of parcel, and delivery speed you choose, which is then calculated on the back end when you place an order.  

If you have any specific issues with couriers in your area, please leave a note at checkout and we will use your preferred courier if there’s no additional cost. If any additional costs are required we will contact you via email.
