All Standard order have a 1-5 Working days ( Monday-Friday) processing time before dispatch. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing from Monday.

Custom orders which include crocs have a 5-10 Working day processing time. This may sometimes be sooner, but will generally be in this processing window.

If you’d like rush processing, please contact us and we can let you know if this is possible as not all orders will be eligible for this. Rush processing fees vary based on the availability, product and service required to rush your order. Please note this is seperate from shipping fees. So you will be required to pay for rush processing & express shipping to get your order expedited.

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Shipping is calculated by weight and size of the parcel. All shipping costs are paid by the customer. Shipping prices are subject to change to remain in line with updates made in pricing by couriers.

Orders including multiple crocs will be sent separately as shoes have individual boxes. The price of shipping only changes on our store if you are purchasing crocs, as we have to charge shipping per parcel. All other items on our store will be combined into one parcel as they are smaller items.

Allow us to provide you with some important information regarding our policies to ensure a seamless experience.

Please note that once a purchase has been made, cancellations are not permitted after a four-hour window. We cannot stock all colours and sizes so we have to order on demand. Stock is purchased after 4 hours for crocs in your size to reduce delays, and therefore the order can no longer be cancelled.

If you require a different size, we are pleased to inform you that exchanges can be conducted in person at our location in London, provided we have the desired size in stock. If visiting our collection point is not feasible for you, please be advised that exchanges are exclusively available in person, and will not be able to change sizes.

We are happy to give you sizing advice prior to purchasing to reduce the likelihood of exchanges being necessary.
