STEPS:
- Book your Styling service - Style your current crocs OR with new crocs. Select from menu.
- Pack and post your Crocs/Clogs to us (address provided after purchase)
- Discuss the charms and styling you would like via virtual consult (video or chat)
- Purchase any charms for your crocs (via invoice)
- Purchase TikTok video if you want us to style your crocs on TikTok!
- Your crocs will be restored, styled, and posted back to you by tracked service
NOTE: IF YOU CHOOSE TO SEND US YOUR CROCS, YOU MUST CLEAN THEM BEFORE SENDING, OR USE OUR RESTORE & STYLE SERVICE, AND WE WILL CLEAN THEM FOR YOU.
Any crocs not in a clean, or suitable condition will either be returned to you (you are responsible for paying return postage), charged to clean them, or disposed of.
Includes:
- Live session via Chat, Email, FaceTime, instagram video chat, zoom or Skype to discuss options
- Restoration using cleaning and restoring methods to bring your crocs back to life
- Pre-styled in a random design with the charms you’ve chosen or a design for, our store
- If a croc repair kit is selected, you will receive Small Kit for 1 pair, Medium Kit for 2 pairs and Large kit for 3 pairs.
DISCLAIMERS:
We recommend using a TRACKED SERVICE, as we are not responsible for any crocs that get lost in transit on their way to us. We will only return your crocs by tracked service which the customer will pay for in their invoice.
We cannot guarantee your crocs will look brand new, as this depends on the condition they arrive. We will clean your crocs to the best of our ability.

All Standard order have a 1-3 Working days ( Monday-Friday) processing time before dispatch. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing Time from Monday.
