Here you have the option to purchase our PERSONAL, TRIED AND VERIFIED Suppliers who we have been working with for 1-3 years.

You Will receive:

1 x Printed Booklet with Vendor, pictures of items and proof of order history
Samples from 2-3 Charm Vendors from the list so you can pre-review what items work best for you
Discount on updated lists for new suppliers
Access to our Mentorship Programme

You can purchase for your personal use, which will arrive in the Post as a PHYSICAL BOOKLET. If you choose to purchase RESELL RIGHTS, you will be sent both the physical booklet AND a DIGITAL VERSION, so you can resell via printing the .PDF File or as a digital product.

You can also purchase the Catalogue and Stock Tracker which will allow you to write down your desired orders, and send this to the vendors when you wish to purchase! This includes:

• 1 x Booklet per Vendor - With Order tracker in the back

• 3 Main Vendors - So 3 x Booklets with vendor Catalogue for this season and Order tracker

You will then also have a copy of the items you ordered, and can update their stock levels, delivery date, Quality check and more! This is the system we use to keep track of our orders! It is also available in a digital order tracker HERE. To use this, you must have the NUMBERS APP, which is only accessible on Apple devices.

IMPORTANT:

Please note if you do not purchase the resell rights, you will only receive the physical copy in the mail! This also means you cannot resell our vendor list as your own. All information, receipts and order information provided is for eyes of the individual who purchased only. When purchasing you agree to these terms.

PURCHASE INFORMATION

PROCESSING TIME

All Standard order have a 1-5 Working days ( Monday-Friday) processing time before dispatch. Orders placed on Friday will begin processing from Monday.

Custom orders which include crocs have a 3-14 Working day processing time (up to 3 weeks). This may sometimes be sooner, but will generally be in this processing window.

If you’d like rush processing, please contact us and we can let you know if this is possible as not all orders will be eligible for this. Rush processing fees vary based on the availability, product and service required to rush your order. Please note this is seperate from shipping fees. So you will be required to pay for rush processing & express shipping to get your order expedited.

SHIPPING

WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Shipping is calculated by weight and size of the parcel. All shipping costs are paid by the customer. Shipping prices are subject to change to remain in line with updates made in pricing by couriers.

Orders including multiple crocs will be sent separately as shoes have individual boxes. The price of shipping only changes on our store if you are purchasing crocs, as we have to charge shipping per parcel. All other items on our store will be combined into one parcel as they are smaller items.

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Allow us to provide you with some important information regarding our policies to ensure a seamless experience.

Please note that once a purchase has been made, cancellations are not permitted after a four-hour window. We cannot stock all colours and sizes so we have to order on demand. Stock is purchased after 4 hours for crocs in your size to reduce delays, and therefore the order can no longer be cancelled.

If you require a different size, we are pleased to inform you that exchanges can be conducted in person at our location in London, provided we have the desired size in stock. If visiting our collection point is not feasible for you, please be advised that exchanges are exclusively available in person, and will not be able to change sizes.

We are happy to give you sizing advice prior to purchasing to reduce the likelihood of exchanges being necessary.
