ORDER PROCESSING TIMES 

Standard processing times are currently 1-5 working days (Monday-Friday). This applies to all orders on croc charms and accessories only.

Any custom orders including crocs, have a processing time of 5 to 10 working days (Monday-Friday). This means that even if it is posted on our website, it still requires a processing time to decorate, and prepare your item for shipping.

We are not the creators or stockists of crocs and thus it is not possible to keep all colours and sizes on hand at every given moment, so sizes are ordered as orders are placed if we do not already have the size ready to ship.

ANY ORDERS PLACED FRIDAY - SUNDAY WILL NOT BEGIN PROCESSING UNTIL MONDAY. 

You may receive an email saying your order has been dispatched, but this only means your label has been created, which automatically sends shipping details to the customer. Tracking will automatically update when your order is in transit   .

DELIVERY TIMES 

Standard delivery: 3-5 days

Courier will be Evri or Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Next Day Delivery: 1-2 working days depending on the time purchased. For next day deliveries it is required that you purchase before 11am.

Courier will be Evri, Royal Mail, or DPD.

COURIERS

We use Evri, DPD, and Royal Mail. The courier chosen will be selected based on weight of parcel, and delivery speed you choose, which is then calculated on the back end when you place an order.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We offer worldwide shipping to all countries that accept mail from the UK.

International Standard delivery: 5-10 days

Courier is Royal Mail which transfers to your local courier once it arrives in your country.

For example shipments to USA will transfer to USPS once the package arrives in USA  

International Express: 1-5 days

Courier will vary from DPD to FedEx and DHL  depending on how fast you’d like the package to arrive. These couriers usually work M-F so weekends will slow movement of the parcel.

If you have any specific issues with couriers in your area, please leave a note at checkout and we will use your preferred courier if there’s no additional cost. If any additional costs are required we will contact you via email.

 

CHRISTMAS SHIPPING & CUT OFF DATES

For all orders required by Christmas 2025, you must place your order by:

December 18th - Standard Delivery

December 21st - Next Day Delivery

Any orders placed after these dates do not have a delivery guaranteed by Christmas. These are the details provided to us by couriers, however, we advise purchasing any Christmas gifts as early as possible, as influxes in parcels will be expected during this time.

We cannot be held responsible for any orders that do not arrive before Christmas if purchased late.
