REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Our blanket policy is no returns, or exchanges, but some exceptions may apply to specific products. Please review the list below.

 

SHOE CHARMS

We do not accept refunds or exchanges on any shoe charms. If you have an issue with your order for quality purposes, please contact our customer service via email at SAYITWITHCHXRM@GMAIL.COM

CLOGS & SLIDES

We only accept exchanges, or return for store credit if you purchase a pair of clogs or slides and they don't fit. This is due to official crocs, and clogs varying in sizing, and due to being made of rubber, can be stretched, distorted or made smaller than standard sizing. We have attached a size chart to assist in selecting the correct size to get you an accurate fit as each person may appreciate a different fit. 

If you would like to exchange, we will need to have your size available or able to source it so please contact customer service via the email above.

ALL RETURN, AND RESHIPPING COSTS ARE AT COST TO THE BUYER. We do not cover any costs to return the incorrect size to us, or re-ship your item. Please use our measuring chart and size guide to get an accurate size to avoid this.

ALL RETURNS MUST ARRIVE IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS SENT, INCLUDING TAGS AND PACKAGING, AND BE UNUSED OR WORN.

Any items that don't fit the criteria will be returned to you, at your own cost.

 

HAIR ACCESSORIES

We have a strict no returns policy on all hair accessories for hygiene purposes. For any issues with your order please contact us via email for customer service.

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders are chosen specifically by the customer, so we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. All designs are signed off by you before you purchase, so no changes can be made after your item has been delivered. If you have an issue with sizing, we can exchange the sizes for you. Please contact us for the return address, where we will return and change the size for you. This exchange process can take up to 14 days.

 

PREORDERS

Pre-orders take between 1-6 weeks. We cannot cancel any pre-orders once they have been placed. Our no refund policy applies to pre-orders. If you would like to cancel, we will only refund your purchase if another customer wishes to purchase your item. 

 

STRAP COVERS

Strap covers are handmade, so may include minor imperfections. We do our best to ensure the seams are closed, and raw edges don't fray, but due to movement, and friction, you may experience some fraying. This is due to general wear and tear, but please take care when applying your strap covers to your crocs.
